Drag an air parcel up a 3D mountain model to see it cool by adiabatic expansion and form a cloud where it reaches its dew point. Measure the dry and moist adiabatic lapse rates and the lifting condensation level on a height and temperature graph, see whether a released parcel comes back or rises by itself for different surrounding lapse rates (atmospheric stability), and find why air that rains on the windward side becomes a warm, dry foehn wind.
