Turn a pancreatic acinar cell and a leaf cell to find their organelles, then grind cells and raise the centrifuge speed step by step to sink nuclei, mitochondria, then ER fragments and ribosomes (cell fractionation). Give a 3 minute pulse of radioactive amino acids and follow the label from the rough ER through the Golgi body and secretory vesicles to the outside of the cell, with a bar for each organelle (autoradiography).
